A partir del 01 de noviembre entra en vigencia la carta de porte electrónica.
Esta nueva funcionalidad licenciada de Rojosoft permitirá registrar de manera electrónica mediante web services los movimientos de carta porte.
Para la implementación de la funcionalidad requerimos la carga de un ticket mediante el módulo de reclamos para gestionar el envío de la propuesta comercial y llevar a cabo las configuraciones necesarias.
Requisitos técnicos:
- Adherir servicio de carta de porte electrónica por página de afip al cuit de la empresa.
- En caso de querer emitir cartas de portes electrónicas a los clientes, el productor debe otorgar el servicio por afip a la empresa. La empresa debe confirmar el servicio en afip con su cuit y clave, y por último relacionar el productor al computador fiscal de la empresa.
- Esto se debe encargar el asesor contable o impositivo de cada empresa, ya que se debe hacer en página de afip con cuit y clave de la empresa
Funcionalidad:
- La emisión de comprobantes queda exactamente igual, se debe cargar la carta de porte o el ticket ingreso de la misma manera.
- La carta de porte electrónica se genera al finalizar la carga del comprobante, no es necesario una función adicional. La opción de generar CTG de la ficha carta de porte ya no existe más:
- La confirmación de CTG, tanto definitiva o de arribo, se hace sobre el movimiento ya cargado, posicionándose sobre el movimiento y accediendo con clic derecho:
Se va a dejar configurada una carta de porte manual, para el caso de que la tengan que realizar por afip, y después la puedan cargar en el sistema. La misma será denominada Carta de porte en línea.
