1- IDENTIFICATION OF THE DATA PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE
ROJOSOFT S.R.L., with C.U.I.T No.: 30-71004927-7 and address for notifications at: General Paz 160 - Floor 3, Villa María, province of Córdoba - Argentina, is the entity responsible for processing the data provided by the application's clients.
2- PROCESSING UPON DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING APPLICATIONS
To download and install the application from the app store, you must first register with the app store provider to obtain a user account and generate a usage contract. We have no control over this; in particular, we are not a party to such usage contracts.
When downloading and installing the application, the necessary information that will be transferred to the respective app store includes your username, email address, and client number of your account, the time of download, and the individual device number.

8- PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The application uses automatic notifications, which you can read, delete, or mark as read at any time.
To be able to send you push notifications, we use Google Play Services technology.
We want to inform application users that these third-party services have access to their anonymous personal information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are required to not disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

For certain functions, the application must be able to access certain services and data from your device. Depending on your mobile operating system, this may require your express consent for access. Below, we will explain, in separate terms according to the mobile operating systems for which we offer the application, what permissions the application requests and what they are necessary for.
Apart from the standard rights for the operation of the application (such as receiving internet access or the option to allow the device to receive notifications or access the camera), we do not request any other rights.
- Use of data stored on an external storage device: This feature allows the application to save content on your device's storage card. This is necessary to provide content, for example, related to notifications, even if there is no internet connection at that time. For this purpose, the applications only use their own saved content. The rest of the data on the storage card is not erased, modified, or read.
- Use of the camera for reading QR codes, where reading such a code allows the User to access information related to that QR content.

But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or electronic storage method, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The application contains links to other third-party applications, which does not imply that they are owned or operated by ROJOSOFT S.R.L.. The processing of personal data carried out by third parties that control these mentioned applications is not covered by this privacy policy.
